The West Valley Christian School, WVCS, are about to begin their 30th school year. Their mission is to provide their students with an excellent education.
The school was founded in 1978 by West Valley Christian Church, who were a non-denominational Christian church that were committed to being a “Oasis in the Wilderness.” WVCS has been educating thousands of students, from preschool to 12th grade, not only academically, but also morally and spiritually. Students from all backgrounds including ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds are all welcome to enjoy the vast range of highly active academic and extra curricular programs.
The West Valley Christian School are the proud owners of a six-year accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) together with the Association of Christian School International (ACSI).
The West Valley Christian School began a construction of a new 45,000 square foot facility for the school and church in September 2007, and they invite anyone who has learnt about the school on their website to visit them at their new campus. The new construction includes a brand new gymnasium, classrooms, locker rooms, a cafeteria that seats 250 and much more. Great excitement lies ahead about their many blessings, and for what the Lord has in store for them.
